This tester can be applied to rubber, plastic, leather, metal, nylon code, or textile fabric to test the tension, compression, adhesion, and shear strength with automatic calculations of stress, strain, and elongation. This unit includes an IBM compatible computer with 17" monitor, colorjet printer, 80GB harddrive, and a 52x DVD ROM.

With a touch screen monitor, this system provides real-time measurement and analysis of the test results.

This testing chamber includes a stainless steel interior and a prepainted iron exterior with a viewing window. Ozone is generated via a high voltage, weather resistant, anticorrosive ceramic plate. Ozone concentration is automatically recorded with a measurment accuracy of + or - 2% and resoluction of 0.1 pphm in the standard model. The optional internal rotating sample carrier can handle up to 9 samples at a time.
