Clip Inserting

A system for the insertion of clips in sponge or rubber linear profiles manufactured by Tecnofive has been introduced. The C.I.M. system is formed by advantaged mechanical and electronic devices able to carry out the operations of positioning, boring, insertion of clips, profile cutting and profile unloading in a completely automatic way, with safety and utmost precision.

An attentive design, aimed at solving the productive problems of analogous systems used during the past years, sees to it that the production staff has a very easy approach with C.I.M. Even while carrying out complex mechanical and electronic operations, it does not need particular care during production or for its maintenance. It is able to carry out very precise positioning, even with elastic and compressible materials like sponge. Moreover, using the innovative system of insertion entirely designed by Tecnofive warrants safe and fast insertions of clips. A software program applied to Siemens control electronics allows the realization of two to four programs, each having a maximum of 30 dimensions.
