The Hydraulic Die Extractor
The Hydraulic Die Extractor is a self- contained unit which can be easily moved around the factory from machine to machine. Suitable for a number of different machines including C3, MR (all models), HT(all models) and Midi's. Only requires a single phase power supply to control the hydraulic pump.

Ease of Use

• Accessories are pushed out by a hydraulic cylinder, which is positioned on the machine's head.
• The hydraulic cylinder works from a self-contained power pack; no effort is required from the operator.
• The trolley holds the accessories as they come out of the head; no need for the operator to catch them.
• The dies are pushed out cleanly, so there is less chance of damage.

Compound Extractor
Suitable for use on shoe sole (slide-in die type) and front die change machines without rear station accessories. Permanently mounted on the machine head. Simply swings into position when required. Smooth pneumatic operation.

Ease of Use

• Pneumatic cylinder pushes the compound out of the head, (not suitable for certain compounds)
• Reduces the chance of damage to the machine caused by the operator levering out the compound.
• Simple and fast removal of compound means less work for the operator and also less downtime.

Brush Barrel Cleaner
The Pneumatic Rotating Brush Barrel Cleaner is a self- contained unit which can be easily moved around the factory from machine to machine.

• Suitable for a number of different machines including C3, MR(all models), HT(all models) and Midi's.
• Only requires 90 PSI (6 bar) filtered air supply to control the air motor.
• Nonabrasive action.
• Fail safe.
• Robust construction.

Ease of Use

• Simple push button control.
• Manually traversed up and down the barrel.
• Quick change over of nylon brush for different compounds.

The Brush Barrel Cleaner (Ram)
The Pneumatic Rotating Brush Barrel Cleaner is a self- contained unit which can be easily moved around the factory from machine to machine. Suitable for a number of different machines including C3, MR(all models), HT(all models). Midi's not included.
